Who we are
Real Estate Appraisal Services, Inc. was founded in 1972 and has served the communities of Metro Atlanta and surrounding West Georgia counties for over five decades. Appraisal work is not a side venture for us. It is our profession, our discipline, and our family legacy.
Today, the firm is led by two fourth-generation residential real estate appraisers, continuing a family tradition of independent valuation grounded in careful analysis, sound judgment, and strict adherence to professional appraisal standards, and USPAP.
Over the years, we have provided residential appraisal and valuation consulting services for homeowners, attorneys, CPAs, lenders, private parties, and government agencies throughout the greater Atlanta area. Our clients rely on credible, well-supported opinions of value when important financial and legal decisions are at stake.
Our longevity is not accidental. It reflects a consistent commitment to thorough analysis, clear communication, and defensible reporting — the same principles that have guided our work in Atlanta since 1972.
